Registration Opens: February 23, 2024    
Early Bird Registration Ends: June 1, 2024, 11:59 PM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)    
Deadline for Refunds: April 14, 2024, 11:59 PM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)    
Online Registration Closes: June 28, 2024, 11:59 PM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)  

Registration information

Registration is required to participate in the 2024 Quadrennial Ozone Symposium either in person or virtually. All registered attendees receive in-person or online access to:

  • Ice-breaker ceremony on Sunday, July 14
  • All oral presentation sessions from Monday, July 15 – Friday, July 19, and session recordings for viewing through August 2024

In-person attendees will also have access to poster sessions and sponsored/special events in Boulder.

Regular: Regular attendees include post docs, retirees, and emeritus individuals.
*Students: Now closed Students may apply for a grant to attend the Quadrennial Ozone Symposium. Please email qos2024@colorado.edu to apply. Applications will be reviewed by the local organizing committee and, if accepted, students will receive a discount code to register.
**Sponsors: Registration for event sponsors is free through the use of a unique discount code. If it has not been provided already, please reach out to either the event organizers at QOS2024@colorado.EDU.
